Alcopanel - normal, fireproof

Plant produces 180 m²/hour normal and fireproof aluminium composite panels (alcopanels) in the equipment made by South Korea company U-lim Co installed in other production area. The thicknesses of aluminium composite panels are 3;4;5 mm, width 1÷1,25 and 1.6 meter while their length is different depending on customer’s request. The colour of aluminium sheet is also selected based on customer’s request.

Aluminium composite panels (Alcopanels) are finishing materials. These panels consist of aluminium sheets painted in advance with thickness of 0.5 mm, and the polymeric sheet (low pressure polyethylene) is affixed between them. Polyethylene is affixed to aluminium panel with sticky granules. The painted aluminium panel has higher surface strength. Main areas of application are building inside and outside borders, decorations and advertising boards.
