The Baku Crystal Hall is a multi-purpose sports and concert complex. It was built specially for the Eurovision 2012 on the territory of the flag square in Baku. Construction work was carried out by the State Committee under the decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
The construction work was completed on April 16, 2012, and the official opening was on May 7. The arena covers a total area of 10,964 m².
Sumgait Technologies Park LLC built all the metal structures of the Baku Crystal Hall and performed galvanizing works.
