Final tests of manufactured finished products are implemented at the test laboratory produced in the USA. The products of the Electrical Equipment Plant fully meet the international standards. Thus, the enterprise fully meets ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 standards, Schneider Electric Certificate, as well as the GOST standard required in Russia and in the countries of Commonwealth of Independent States.

The Electric Equipment Plant also produces SM6-36 series distribution slots under license of the company "Schneider Electric".

SM6-36 equipment is module type slots placed in metal body filled with sulfur hexafluoride.

SM6-36 type slots, being installed in medium voltage distribution networks and distribution transformer substations, play an important role in the distribution of electric power.

SM6-36 type slots meet all the requirements regarding the safety of people and equipment along with their technical specifications. It's installation and exploitation is very easy.

There are the following slot types of SM6-36 type distribution slots:

IM, IMC – load separating slot

- QM - load separating slot set with fuse

- DM1-A, DM1-D – slot with one separating switch;

- DM2 – slot with two separators and one switch

- CM, СМ2 – measuring socket with voltage transformer;

- SM - Separating slot.

SM 6-36 SERIES 36 kV MODULE TYPE SLOTS

SM6-36 type slots are determined for internal installation.

Their dimensions are as follows:

  • width – 750-1000 mm;
  • height – 2250 mm;
  • depth – 1400 mm.

These dimensions simplify the installation of the slots in small buildings or near the transformers. The connection of the cables is implemented from the front of the slots. All the control systems, being placed on the front panel, simplify the exploitation. In addition, in accordance with the order, the limiters and zero sequence current transformers are installed in the slots.

SM6-24 type distribution slots have been manufacturing at the Electrical Equipment Plant on the basis of the license of the company Schneider Electric since 2011.

SM6-24 type slots are installed in the distribution networks (DN) and distribution transformer substations (DTS) and are used in power supply of the organizations or private companies and subscribers.

Besides technical characteristics, SM6-24 type slots also meet all the requirements in point of view of people and equipment safety. Installation and operation is very simple and easy.

The body of SM6-24 type slots consist of galvanized metal and are completed with:

  • load switch;
  • vacuum and sulfur hexafluoride switch;
  • contactor;
  • separator.

The distribution slots have been manufacturin at the Electrical Equipment Plant on the basis of the lisence of the company "Schneider Electric" since 2011.

NEX 17,5 type slots, being installed in 10(6) kV distribution networks and distribution transformer substations, are used in power supply of the organizations or private companies, subscribers.

Besides technical characteristics, NEX 17,5 type slots also meet all the requirements in point of view of people and equipment safety. Installation and operation is very simple and easy.

The body of NEX 17,5 type slots consists of galvanized metal and completed with EVOLİS 12 kV type vacuum switch.

NEX 17,5 type slots consist of 4 sections. Every section is separated from each other by metal partitions.

Low voltage electrical cabinets

The Electrical Equipment Plant produces a wide range of neutral earthed, alternating current low-voltage electric cabinets (LVEC) of 380/220 V voltage, 50 Hz frequency servicing for receiving and distribution of power, protection against overloading and short circuit current.

Electrical cabinets for low tension produced at the factory are manufactured on the basis of technical conditions approved by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
