PPH Sewage Fittings
General information
PPH “Homogeneous polypropylene” based fittings are designed for connecting pipes with local sewage networks. Due to high physical and mechanical properties, these fittings are resistant to aggressive environment. These properties are related to both inner and outer surfaces of these fittings.
PPH “Homogeneous polypropylene” based fittings are designed for connecting pipes with local sewage networks. Due to high physical and mechanical properties, these fittings are resistant to aggressive environment. These properties are related to both inner and outer surfaces of these fittings. As opposed to the PVC fittings they are resistant to the impact.
STP Polymeric Products Plant offers PPH fittings that are applicable in construction of buildings, residential houses, cottages, offices, hospitals, laboratories, industrial enterprises, as well as in agriculture.
Taking into consideration the biological neutrality of the material, these fittings can also be used in the food industry. Sewage pipes and their socket parts are made of high quality white or grey propylene. The production process is carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000.
Advantages of PPP fittings manufactured by STP:
- sewer fittings made of polypropylene are 15-20 times lighter than similar cast fittings;
- resistant to detergent and also do not need painting;
- sockets provide easy connection of them with each other;
- the warranty period is over 50 years;
Technical specifications:
- Resistance to + 95 °C hot water flow (in some cases up to + 100 °C).
- Resistance to chemicals, polluted industry and agricultural water containing various types of corrosive materials and additives.
- Hydraulic friction resistance.
- Easy tight connection through sealing rubber ring.
- Small weight of pipes and fittings facilitate the shipping and installations works.
- In contrast to metal and PVC pipes, polypropylene pipes and their fittings absorb the sound and vibration during the water flow.
- There is no condensation of moisture on the outer surface of pipes due to low heat conductivity.
