The Ventilation Systems Production and Installation Site of the Electric Equipment Plant has been operating at full capacity since 2011. The site was fitted with a CNC plasma machine controlled by AUTOCAD and CAM DUCT for the production of parts.

The pipes and connecting accessories produced here are used in the fume cleaning systems of high-rise buildings, sports, fitness and Olympic complexes, warehouses, archive and accounting centers, any production areas (industry and food production), poultry farms and broilers, underground tunnels, pumping stations and harmful production environments subject to fire and explosion risks.

The distinguishing features of the products are their low weight, wide assortment and high-level customization. These products are suitable for any ventilator, aspirator, fan, rooftop etc. systems.

Until now, our Plant has installed various types of ventilation systems at various facilities of Azerenerji JSC (labs, UPS rooms, dispatcher room etc.), the STDC Information Centre, military units at the request of AZENCO JSC, the Mingachevir H. Aliyev Palace and several ExpressBank branches.

The following materials are used in the production of ventilation pipes:

• Aluminum: 0.6 - 1.2 mm
• Galvanized steel: 0.5 - 1.0 mm
• Stainless steel: 0.4 - 0.9 mm

On the production site, spiral, rectangular and square air channels are produced. Spiral channels of diameters up to 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 355, 400, 500, 630, 710, 800, 900, 1000, 1120, 1250, and 1400 are produced here. Rectangular and square air ducts are also produced in any dimensions. The site has been fitted with modern machines for the production of all ventilation system accessories with diameters of between 125 and 1250mm.
